By accessing this website or engaging dynavo Labs for services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Dynavo Labs provides website design, website development, mobile app design, and mobile app development services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.

Projects are typically billed via a deposit followed by milestone-based payments, as outlined in your project agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of project work.

Upon final payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you, excluding any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or components that remain the property of dynavo Labs or third-party licensors.

Each service tier includes a defined number of revision rounds. Changes beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately and will be communicated before any additional work begins.

Dynavo Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate an active project agreement with written notice, subject to payment for work completed up to the termination date.
